How We Keep the Shoe Honest

Cards come from a live croupier in a studio and stream to your screen, so there is no shuffled deck running quietly on your phone. Each table carries its rule card and bet range, readable before you take the chair. Where the game or its provider publishes an RTP figure, that number is shown on the table; where it is not published, we leave it off instead of filling the gap. If a round looks wrong, our team pulls the hand record and goes through it with you.

Live Studio Dealers

Tables run on Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi streams. You watch the physical shoe, the croupier's hands and the card as it lands, not a replay or an animation.

Rule Cards Up Front

Dealer soft 17 handling, blackjack payout and side bet terms sit on each table header. Read them before you place a chip and there is nothing to argue about after the shoe.

Hand Records on Request

Every round is logged against your account. If a split or double resolves in a way you did not follow, ask us and we pull that specific hand for you.

RTP Only Where Shown

Return figures appear only where the game or provider exposes them. We do not attach percentages to tables that keep their numbers private, and we never quote one from memory.

TABLE HELP DESK

Help While You Sit at the Table

Most of what players in Dhaka ask us is about table rules, not money. If a seat greets you with a stake range you did not expect, or the dealer's soft 17 handling looks different from the last table you sat at, our Bangladesh support team can walk you through it on live chat or by email. Keep the table name handy, it sits in the screen header, and we can point you to the exact line on the rule card.

Live Chat at the Felt Open chat straight from the table screen and describe the hand you are unsure about. We read your table and seat from the session, so you do not have to type the shoe or stake details yourself.
Email the Hand Detail Send us the table name and a short description of what happened. Email suits split, double and side bet questions you want answered in writing rather than in a chat window.
Seat and Stake Help Outside the bet range, or the table is full? Ask and we will point you to another Blackjack Pro table with a closer range that is still dealing hands.
bdtk11 What You Get at Our Blackjack Pro Tables

What You Get at Our Blackjack Pro Tables

Every table here is dealt by a live croupier and powered by Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi, so the cards on your screen are the cards on the felt. You pick a seat, set your stake with the chip stack, then play the hand: hit, stand, double, split or surrender wherever that table allows it. The rule card tells you what the

dealer does on soft 17 and how a blackjack is paid, since those settings differ from felt to felt. Between shoes you can step into the rest of the lobby, Cricket Live Lines included, and come back to the same chair.

Blackjack Terms You Hear at the Table

Blackjack talk turns specific fast, and the dealer will not stop the shoe to explain a word. So here are the terms that come up most on our felt, written the way we would say them across the table. Read them once and the rule card on any Blackjack Pro table starts reading like plain English rather than shorthand.

What is a natural in blackjack?

A natural is an ace plus a ten-value card on your first two cards. It pays more than an ordinary winning hand, and the exact payout is printed on that table's rule card.

What does soft 17 mean?

Soft 17 is a hand where the ace still counts as eleven, so the total can drop by ten without busting. Tables differ on whether the dealer hits or stands on it.

What is a double down?

Doubling means you match your original stake once, take exactly one more card and then stop. You use it when your first two cards leave you close to 21.

How does splitting work?

When your first two cards match in value, a split turns them into two separate hands, each with its own stake. Some tables cap how many times you may split.

What is insurance in blackjack?

Insurance is a side stake offered when the dealer shows an ace. It pays out if the dealer holds a natural, and it costs you that stake when they do not.

What is a push?

A push is a tie between your hand and the dealer's. Your stake returns to your account wallet untouched, with no win and no loss recorded on that round.

Common Questions About Blackjack Pro Tables

Sitting down takes a minute; the details are what people ask about afterwards. Below are the things we hear most about Blackjack Pro Tables, from stake ranges and phone play to dropped connections and side bets. If your question is about one specific hand rather than the table in general, chat gets you an answer faster than any page can.

No. A bKash, Nagad or Rocket top-up lands in the same account wallet the tables draw from, so you move from funding to a seat without a second balance to keep track of.

Each table header shows its bet range before you sit. Filter the lobby by range, read the rule card, then take a chair that matches what you actually want to put down.

Yes. The tables run in a mobile browser as well as on desktop, and the dealer stream scales to your screen. Turning the phone sideways gives your chip row more room.

Your seat and stake are held while you reconnect, and the round stays logged against your account. If the hand finished while you were away, support can read the record back to you.

Not on every one. Perfect Pairs and 21+3 style side bets appear only where the provider runs them, and their terms sit on the table header beside the main bet range.

Only where the game or provider exposes it. If a table keeps its figure private, we leave the number off rather than quote something we cannot show you on screen.
